Re: Tales of Home [8]
Thank you Petty With my feather brain I'm sure there will be something IL be stuck on . I am slowly getting off the pics I want from Photobucket & popping them in a file on my PC, so, that works. Then photobucket can go whistle.

So do I Malick !!! I love that tingly feeling in your tummy when it secretly, quietly flutters down on Christmas Eve at night. I love watching the snow fall within the light of the street lamps & how silently it covers everything. I love the sound as you tread on the snow & the smell of it too.

He looks quite content. I like the way dogs stick their noses right in there and sop up a scent like it's fine wine or a mug of good beer.

Re: Tales of Home [8]
There was just an earthquake near Dover, Delaware about 15 minutes ago. Lasted about five to ten seconds; 5.1 magnitude so nothing serious. Only the second time I've felt one, though. First was the 2011 Virginia earthquake, which was a 5.8.
Re: Tales of Home [8]
Apparently minor (less than 4 on the Richter scale) earthquakes are a regular occurrence in parts of the UK, though the damage/length is so minor few people notice or report them, I've also seen the occasional Waterspout in recent years but nothing more major than that.
Give us just 3 inches of snow though and the entire country shuts down for a week.

That last pic is gorgeous ! We've had beautiful sunsets & sunrises also here in the 'softy south', and we've had beautiful,vibrant, full moons.

Re: Tales of Home [8]
Well then we need a rundown on where, what style of bucky it is, and who the hell is taking the picture. Also whether or not you've seen a mysterious deity passing through.

Re: Tales of Home [8]
Rooting for Argentina next year, chris?
{{{My backup plan was Italy since my grandfather was born in Rome, but, well... Maybe I'll root for Iceland since they're cool, or just no one in particular.}}}

Re: Tales of Home [8]
I wouldn't mind if Argentina won it. 2 or 3 of them play for City.
