The Esteemable Mr Odo Banks, Esquire, has been reported missing from a certain Respectable Needlehole Inststitution. Word is that a certain Forumshire newcomer, by name Little Loki Panic, has smuggled in a shaver and a pint of oil, and the subsequently slippery Mr Banks, has squeezed between certain vertical metal barriers and fled naked into the night. The fear is he will turn up at the Forumshire Picnic and cause some kind of as-yet-to-be-thought-up travail.

"We can only hope the Picnic is still going by then," says Shiriff Mirabella Banks. "As we hope to capture him there --- and deal with that Little Loki Panic who has added extra addle to Mr Bankses addled brain! Foumshirans beware! It's thought he is armed with a Tecnicolour Umbrella and plans to smite the Mayor! He also plans to 'eat the Hosts' (Mrs Figg that is, and David H, who Mr Banks suspects is a Secret Head Host, pulling Mrs Figg strings) because of some peculiar Religious Doctrine (involving carrots) that he currently Believes in. (Mr Orwell McOdo will assist in the matter when he returns from Normal Duties).
