When to have a Picnic?

Ideally I would like to hold this years picnic at a time when the most members are available. I had propsed 28th August but it seems sadly Ringdrotten will be unavailable then.
So the question is whens a good time to hold it. I had thought the latest date should be 22nd September.
It can't be too soon either, at least two weeks away as I have not finished preparing the concert yet. So no earlier than say the 5th of August.
Obviously people will be on and off as chance allows but if you have plans to be away now is the time to say so, so I can organise things to invole as many folks as possible. Suggestions for a date are now open!

I'm out of town from 12 August - 15 August. I should be around come the 28th, but that's about when classes start up again for me, so not the best date. I had thought that a summer date would be good, so trying to do it as early as possible (1 August, perhaps?) would work for me. On the other hand, if we want to wait until Ringdrotten gets back then September 22 might be a good (and certainly quite fitting) date for the picnic to start. I should have enough of a sense of my schedule and routine by then to be more or less on top of things.

Whatever works for the most people is what we should go with though, of course.

august 28th is the day before school starts up again for me, so that'd be perfect!

What about 28th August, 2012? That will give Authorities time to make proper preparations against misbehavior.

My band was booked for the 28th, Petty, I trust we'll still get paid! We could perform earlier, or later --- so long as we still get paid!

Umm, theres a clause in your contract Orwell says that if the concert is defaulted for any reason you pay me. If the concert date is moved you still have to play on the new date but at least you will get paid. (I use the same law firm as Pure Publications)

I might hate ideolgues - but I hate lawyers more! Now I'm reminded why! Luckilly, if I remember right, the band's fee was an inconsequential amount.

I believe the charge was that you download and watch the megaedit!!! Or I'll cancel the band!!!
