Re: Sherlock - BBC [4]
{{I wasnt!!!! Try reading it next time first!!! I was bringing Moffat and Talalay into it- as they both work on SHERLOCK, she directed the first ep of this series, and as its the only quote I could find relating to how a Moffat script has been translated to screen by Talalay- that happened to be from Who but that was irrelevant to the point- a point which was in direct to response to Halfy pondering if the scenes in SHERLOCK-THAT I POSTED were scripted that way or were the result of input from the director and editors. The discussion was about SHERLOCK the illustration of the argument was from Who because it was the only available relevant example that was authoritative and sourced. }}}

Re: Sherlock - BBC [4]
{{{Well if you can find an other sourced example with a director of Sherlock directly quoting how they translated to screen from what was in the script then you will be doing better than me- maybe Norc knows of such a thing but I couldn't find anything on google or youtube, but I did know they had worked together on Who and that relationship was better documented- I think when discussing working practices of the showrunner on Sherlock and directors of Sherlock it is perfectly sound to use an example where they have both worked together in the exact same capacities before.
And the alternative to have gone further into the topic would have been no posts on the thread today for people to get irrationally annoyed about.}}}

i love you for bringing hope <3
i must say, the episode was good, in my opinion, and
- Spoiler:
- the whole twist with redbeard and trevor and the sister, good shit
I AM JUST SUPER UPSET THAT THE WRITERS AND THE BBC DON'T HAVE THE BALLS TO SEE THIS THROUGH!
there HAS to fucking be a season 5!
Re: Sherlock - BBC [4]
{{{My understanding is there is to be a series 5- Moffat said so in an interview- so its not the 'if' but there is a huge question over the 'when?' }}}

Re: Sherlock - BBC [4]
bbc can't just tweet "sherlock's in love", that's just rude queerbaiting and they should be bloody ashamed of themselves.

You should try to do that with the LotR trilogy
