Sounds like that reindeer should lay off the cocaine for a while.

Re: Tales of Home [2]
Nice blog entry, and great pictures I actually flew by Tromsø the other day, and I changed planes there (I was going further north to visit some family). The weather was nice and clear, so I could see the whole city and its surroundings from the window seat. It's a beautiful place, and I sort of envy you a little, I'd have loved to live there myself and go for long walks and trips into the mountains around the city. You're lucky to live in such a place

One never really leaves one's first home - the dialect is testimony enough to that I've been close to Tromsø before, when I've been to Setermoen and Skjold and areas around those camps, but this was my first view of Tromsø with my own eyes. It's definitely a place I'll go someday, and I'll make sure to have my Lundhags backpack fully kitted for the trip

Re: Tales of Home [2]
yes, true ^^ and you should definitely go on some of the mountains around here it's totally worth it. If you're the daring kind i suggest Hamperokken, although i don't think i will ever do that one
Re: Tales of Home [2]
The images on google look like they're taken straight out from the LotR films, almost like Caradhras; very cool. Who knows, maybe one day
