I am going for Donna/River's kid. That makes her part Time Lord maybe thats why she regenerates? she dies but doesnt come back as another 'Doctor' like he does ie 9/10/11 etc but the same person as the human part of her changes regeneration things up a bit. She is Always Clara but in another time, thats why she doesnt remember. hey we may have cracked Moffats riddle

The stompy sound effect worked fine for the previos Nuwho cyberman cause they were stompy and clanky and couldn't move much in the suits- but the new ones are flexable and fast and look a lot lighter.

They stopped it in the US too, but it came back about three weeks ago. I don't know how long the delay before new episodes air on Norwegian TV is though.

Yeah I heard about that cockup- so I am avoiding all likely sources that might have spoilers- if you post any here do make sure they are spoilered or I will find whoever is responsible and give them a buckie and hot salsa sauce enema.

Yeah it seemed a bit too easy, plus every character was generic Who.

Gaiman does tend to paint broad strokes characters for all the secodary ones- same in its books and comics- and he has a habit of not even giving them names just a descriptive noun- was same in Doctors Wife with Aunty, Uncle and House.
I dont mind it myself as I thought the main characters- particuarly Porridge were well rounded characters.
But its definetly a trademark of Gaiman style, and if its something you dont like in his writing it wont be any better in his Who.

Moffat on the BAFTA red carept last night talking 50th and fans.

Imagine if the Doctor's real name was "Who".

All those people who made fun of non-fans for thinking "Dr Who" was a name would have to feel like real jackasses.
