I saw the cold war episode and I preferred Power of 3, at least there was Rorys dad in that. it was very claustrophobic and I didnt like the atmosphere. That actor who likes 80s music gives me the collywobbles he always plays creepy characters in everything he does. never mind, I look forward to the next one.

I got a Who question, the Doctor says in power of 3 that he imprinted on the Ponds because they were the first faces he saw as the new Doctor after he had transformed, but they werent the first people he saw, if I remember right he was with Donna? and/or Rose? so he couldnt have imprinted on Amy cos he hadnt met her yet. also its a good thing the first person he saw wasnt a Dalek.

The 10th Doctor was alone. He went on his farewell tour of all the 10th's friends, Jack at the space bar, Rose the New Year before she met 9, Martha and Mickey shooting Sontarans, and then Donna, then he went back into the Tardis alone and started to regenerate. But he resisited it
instead of letting it happen, causing the Tardis some major problems.
10 regenerated into 11 who realised he was crashing and then he did crash into the shed in Amy's back garden whilst Amelia was praying to Santa (and sorry to wake him) to see if he could fix the spooky crack in her wall from which she could hear voices.

So Amelia was the very first face 11 saw. And becuase of 10's reluctance to regen 11 came out the mix, well a bit mixed.
The Doctor is often a bit, odd, immediately ater a regenration and can be anything from impressionable like 11 to amnesia like 7 or in need of a very long lie in a near coma, like 10.

The Cybermnan oneis the one everyoneis reall waitingon as its Gaiman's second script after the highly acclaimed Doctors Wife.

But Journey to the Centre of the Tardis is an interesting one, not just for its subject matter, but the writer has only ever written one episode before, Curse of the Black Spot- considered by many, whilst not an outright bad epiosde, to be certainly the weakest of series six.

The posters are part of the 'a different blockbuster every week' theme of series 7.
They also come in in the sort of display format you see outside cinemas.

Obviously this raises a few questions! Is Moffat really going to give his name away and doesnt that risk ruining the point of the Doctor?
Also Alex Kingston is main cast so River must be in it too (which makes sense as River knows the Doctor's name in Silence in the Library)

I watched cold war again. I liked it better the second time.

Its not a bad episode Mrs Figgs, just not outstaning either I would say- nice to see an out and out classic base under seige style story though in the anniversary year, but I wouldnt want one every week.

Hide starts in half an hour from now. I am not sure about this one, but will review it later, I suspect this week after a second watch.
