Mr Filtch? He's one of my favourite characters! He's a man without magic in a world where it's normal to be a wizard. He's bitter about his situation but devoted to his cat, and always does his job despite a pesky poltergeists and bratty students! What's not to love?

Delibretly- there was no way to keep her secret- not with the uk press- a new companion is big news.

- Moffat told everyone she would make her debut in the xmas episode- but he obviouly has a secret plan for her- he knew we'd know who she was when we saw her in asylum- thats delibrate- but if you dont know the story still works on its own- if you do know its a 'wtf' moment. And at the end a 'how can she be the next companion then?' its typical Moffat.
