I actually enjoyed the LotR movie appendixes more than the movies, so I'll watch it and probably agree with you, Mrs Figg. Very Happy

The makers of LotR showed the were delusional in the appendixes, but "Blessed are the Mad people", as what Jesus said, if not exactly in those words. (I think he was talking more generally about his followers who started perverting his Message even before the Romans and Sadducees and Pharisees killed him for stating too many obvious truths).

Is 'tonn' a Fjordianlandian word, Norc? I don't recognise it. Does it mean 'string bag' or 'pouch' or 'basket'? Suspect

There are 'helicopters' in The Hobbit Movie! Shocked Well, well, well.... Shocked Oh I guess they're going to animate them or CGI them into bats - or eagles - or some un-Tolkienlike flying monsters... Sad

the eagles' fighting in ROTK was ridiculus (not a word, I know, but a HP spell I believe). I've seen seagulls win in air fight against eagles! the cartoon was much better. It actually showed eagles doing what eagles can do. Picking up things and drop them from high altitudes.

Embarassed Norc - you're a quarter my age! Shocked Embarassed (I must say, it's clever how you put abuse at both ends of your love-note to deflect from the heart of your message... The production videos are as entertaining as always. Very Happy This one was a bit schizophrenic with how fast it moved but I suppose it had to be. I agree with Petty that the paddling dwarves are ridiculous. I want to believe that that's not actually how it will appear in the movie but it certainly looked like they were filming. Rolling Eyes In any event, this was a very nice surprise and I enjoyed getting to see the video. Very Happy

I agree that the dwarves looked silly paddling in the water, but I think I can live with that. Might be an attempt to more visibly portray the humiliation they are experiencing. As always, though, the production videos are awesome Very Happy I hope we don't have to wait another two months for the next!
