Sorry Mrs Figg I've been rewatching series 5 and Amy and the Doctor (Karen and MAtt are just superb-and I'll not hear a word against them! Mad )

And to prove it here's two clips that are linked- both from the end of series 5 so big spoilers for those yet to watch.
First up Matt SMith, the youngest actor ever to play the Doctor makes you believe he is very old instead.
And then Amy remebers the Doctor at her wedding after he s been otherwise wped from existence.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=02BxPxLTR3M

And from series 6- The Girl Who Waited- old and young Amy's. What more could anyone want? And she is superb as both. Breaks my heart in this ep. Sad

Did you watch those clps Mrs Figg?! Shocked I see no uselessness or staring off into space- I see a young actress stepping up to the plate and batting her performance out the park. She carries both those scenes and the story on her shoulders and does so very well.

Bonnie Langford was in Doctor Who -she was a companion. Shocked It was as good an idea as it sounds. Mad

And to be more specific I love all redheads, of a female persuasion, and find those who like cats even harder to resist- if they also happen to look like Karen Gillan so much the better however! Nod

Its an intriguing title and claim! But this is Moffat and he has a habit of provocative episode titles- Let's Kill Hitler being one of his finest that belie a different truth. Suspect

Saturdays at 1:00 pm
June 30, July 28, August 25, September 29'

Odd choices of episode in my view- a Davidson story -Resurrection of the Daleks, two Pertwee era episodes- Spearhead from Space and Death to the Daleks- the fourth is yet to be announced- but if your lucky, and given the general theme here- Bakers Genesis of the Daleks could be the fourth- I'd go to America just to see it on a cinema screen, its easily the finest of all the Dalek stories. Hence my complete lack of shame at putting a trailer (or two) for it up, again!

Incidentally for those interested in Who timelines- Genesis of the Daleks is the opening salvo (by the Time-Lords) in the the Time War which would would eventually lead to the destruction of almost all Daleks and all Time-Lords (not to mention several hundred other races who no longer existed in the first place!) Genesis is where the War began.
In my opinion if you have never seen Genesis you are not a proper Whovian yet.

'Actor David Warner is to guest star in an upcoming episode of Doctor Who.
The latest issue of Doctor Who Magazine reports that the veteran actor will take a role in a story penned by Who stalwart, Mark Gatiss, which is part of the recording block currently being completed in Cardiff.
Warner has had a long and illustrious acting career appearing in films such as The Omen, Time Bandits, Tron, The Lost World, Titanic and Planet of the Apes. He has appeared in the Star Trek films The Final Frontier and The Undiscovered Country as well as playing Gul Madred in Star Trek: The Next Generation.- Gallifrey Base

Good news this, hope he gets a tasty role.

A fashion company called 'Her Universe' has been given the rights to make Doctor Who themed clothing for girls. No, really. Not sure about their stuff myself but hey, I'm not a girl (its a kilt! Mad ).
The first 3 designs are all t-shirty things drawing inspiration from River Songs high heels (I swear I'm not making this up), Amy in the Tardis, and Van Gogh's painting of the Tardis exploding.
