I know, shameless hussy that I am, we sorta had a laugh at Bree, but, well, I was VERY surprised at the outburst with Norc ?

Our best guess -- and Sin would know more about this than me since he's talked to the owners of the site a couple of times -- is that it's just technical troubles. But the owners don't seem to be particularly attentive to the site and its ongoing troubles.

Hello Eldorion...
I take it from sin that that was the situation too ATMO, but nothing's been done it seems, and Bree hasn't resurfaced even so. So who knows when ?

Re: Hobbit Forum Refugees
Who would have guessed that Feanor/Azriel were going to make a bid for Best Forumshire Couple so late in the game?
It resurfaced for like a week, only to go back offline (with a different error message) on the same day that DOS was released in most of the world. Kinda bad timing there.

I suppose this is what I get for not spending more time on Bree when it's online.

Re: Hobbit Forum Refugees
I think we should support Bree - even if it's only there for certain --- err-- queer folk --- to go back to. (And I don't mean 'strange' by 'queer' - else I suspect Forumshire would become a Ghost Town! )

If you don't mean strange, you must mean homosexual? Lol. What a queer assumption!

Haven't met you before! And what a queer assumption you are queerly assuming, Mister Wolf!

And hello to you too Mr Banks. I assume nothing, other than there are but two definitions for the word queer. One being strange. The other, homosexual! Please correct me if I am mistaken ^^

Re: Hobbit Forum Refugees
Homosexual? --- mmm.... We don't know that word in Little Forumshire (it's only a small hamlet, you know) - but would I be right in assuming that you mean by homosexuals, humans who have relations with other humans? Providing it is between consenting humans - then I guess it's not queer at all... You will need to explain yourself, Mister Wolf. I am a proudly small town hobbit after all and not very worldly, you see.

Lol.
Mr Orwell -
"(And I don't mean 'strange' by 'queer' - else I suspect Forumshire would become a Ghost Town! Shocked )"
He used the term queer and stipulated that he didn't mean queer as in strange. So I wondered what definition was intended as the only other use of the word is homosexual!

hmm does Little Forumshire have Most Respectable Hobbit Award 2013, Odo? You should win it hands down..a most upright and rigorous Odo-ing.

Re: Hobbit Forum Refugees
So apparently we are all strange homosexuals?
I have had a few suspicions, but who cares? the more the merrier I say (not strange homosexuals, people in general) Bree has died a sad death, Forumshire is here to stay though.
