You have to remember the "history" of slapping someone's face. A man slapping a woman has for generations meant "shut up, you are hysteric" and/or "shut up woman, know thy place". A woman slapping a man has meant "don't treat me like that, you swine". It's an insult, no matter who does it and no matter who receives it. Abuse is never ok, one slap in the face once is not abuse. This Leela person is the cave woman.... or something? From what I gather she is using the "hystic women must be slapped" trope from back then when the episode was made. Not advertising the benefits and joy of abuse against men. And any abuse, against anyone from anyone is wrong and should not occur.

What about in NuWho- every single Doctor from 9 onwards has been slapped by a women.

 

I like how the shocked gasp Bennyboy makes in the signature seems to be in respons to the picture.

Well, apparently slapping the doctor is just harmless fun, necessary to the story and as family friendly as short skirts and threatening a woman with rape. Who are we to judge the wisdom of the script writers?

what the hell is flash norcing? norcing is just changing the topic without anyone noticing and draggin everyone with them, and chaning the topic dramatically (most likely towards interests one cares about, like benedict cumbersnatch).

No one is norcing my Who thread- fortunately there are a load of nice vids popping up now in tribute to 11-

(Obviously women should not watch any of them due to the high levels of rampant misogyny and hatred of all women everywhere evident throughout by everyone involved in the production of Who, especially the females)
