The Worlds End- the final film in the 'blood and ice' trilogy that began wth Shaun of the Dead.
Martin Freemann joins the regulars for this one.

Anyone seen the Road with Viggo? I tried reading the book but I didnt like the writing style, it seemed to be trying to be clever just to show off.
But the film is on the BBC iplayer so was wondeirng if it was worth a couple hours of my life?

I did try reading the book- Ive got it sitting on my bookshelf- but the writting was making me increasingly crabbit the more I read.
But I liked the premise so I think I will give the film a go.

Being made crabbit by something is bad, but being crabbit is good and healthy- its simple. Rolling Eyes

I'd like to see The Road. I've been very impressed by Viggo's non-LOTR work (as well as his LOTR work, but that goes without saying Razz).

the film is funnier if you imagine Viggo Mortensen is Aragorn, thousands of years on, still trying to find Mordor
