Autumn is beginning. I love Autumn.  

Gorgeous. The trees here are only just beginning to change colors, so most of them are still green. I can't wait for autumn to be in full swing, though. I've always loved this time of year.

Its a mixed bag here, it been very mild of late so a lot are holding onto their green still.

My mate took his out of his window-

That garden doesn't look like it has the right type of grass! The stuff outside the fence looks more like it.

Does the grass turn red in autumn over there?! We don't have that kind of grass.

Not grass Halfway, just looks like it, ferns and bracken mainly.

Beautiful Ringdrotten. That first one reminds me a lot of the countryside around where I am, its amazing how alike our two countries are.

A touch of dawn-

ooh, i love the pictures Ringo  i was in Trondhim this weekend and i took some really nice morning/sunrise pictures. We had to be somewhere really early and had to walk to a "trikk" and yeah. it was really beautiful. it was a hobbit landscape, with horses and sheep and cows in harmony and yeah  we had to play edvard grieg's "morgenstemning" (morning something i dunno).

i didn't play it, but we played it on a phone on our little journey down to the "trikk"

i wasn't sure where to post this. the fjordian kaffistova thread, this one or the "places that reminds u of middle-earth" thing. but since i started it here. 

here are some of the landscape shit i took pictures of when i was in trondheim, especially the morning-mood thing. it was very hobbity, with sheep and cows and horses and cultured landscape and what not.

Great pictures The waters and little lakes are usually very still in the morning, like in a couple of your pictures. That in combination with a sunrise is beautiful. The Nidaros Cathedral is very impressive, I've always been fascinated by those small statues in the walls.
