Good luck Norc - and if you fail miserably and find yourself contemplating a future life at the bottom end of the social ladder staring up, remember, there's always buckie!

wish me luck.
I still don't entirely understand how this exam works, but I know it's been on your mind for a while since you've mentioned before. You're clever though so I'm sure you'll get through. I look forward to seeing you around here again and I hope everything goes smooth.

I once pulled something in my arms trying to vigorously air drum along to the solo in Travis Barker's Can a Drummer Get Some.
Re: Tales of Home [2]
thanks guys i'll explain
i could either get written exman or an "oral" exam where i have a presentation about a subject and so on. i could get one. i didn't get written.
so there were several different "pull" days, where people would get pulled (randomly) for different subject. now is one week left of school and i am in the final group of examers anyhow, i get the task/subject the same day, then i have 48 hours prep. where i put together a presentation and so on. If it's chemistry/physics i need to do lab-thing too. The presentation is supposed to around 10-15 minutes, lab 10-15 minutes and then a conversation (which is the most important) about the subject, also around 10-15 min. could take between half an hour and 45 minutes.
understand?

Re: Tales of Home [2]
Thanks for explaining, Norc. Is this like a final, then? It sounds like you're saying you only have an exam in one subject, which sounds weird (but nice ). Or is this separate from final exams?
Good luck!
Good luck!
Re: Tales of Home [2]
well, it's kinda like finals. i mean, i don't have one in each subject, but then there has been five-hours tests in math and german and some bigger stuff as a kind of closure in other subject (such as a cross history/norwegian presentation and lab-tests). so i don't have only one exam really, one official, though yeah.. it's like finals
Re: Tales of Home [2]
i think that was quite clear.. 08:58:10 getting pulled in two minutes :S
god.... i'll cross my fingers... (geology please!!)
