The Clue is in the Name.

Donna + Doctor = DoctorDonna.

When Donna tried to use the Meta-Crisis Tenth Doctor's Z-Neutrino Biological Inversion Catalyser on the Daleks, Davros electrocuted her. Davros' attack on Donna stimulated her brain, awakened the Time Lord DNA that transferred to her during the two-way biological meta-crisis, and gave her "the best part of the Doctor, his mind," rendering her the "DoctorDonna" of the Ood's prophecy
and when she became part-Time Lord, she proved it, saving the entire universe in Journey's End. However she could not survive whilst she had her Time Lord memories and biology, and so the Doctor had to wipe her mind and any memories of the Doctor or her travels.

Donna Temple-Noble can translate as “Lady Time Lord”

Yes it can- bit of RTD word play- but doesnt make her physically a Time Lord and DoctorDonna is an apt description of the human Donna with the Doctors mind grafted onto it- she has no other Time Lord characterisitics, she did not have her DNA altered by exposure to the vortex, she is not Gallifreyean, she cant regenerate, all she does have is the Doctors mind- and thats lethal to her human brain.

"No sonic screw driver. "- Azriel

Yeah it doesnt make an appearence until the second Doctor- he uses it to...unscrew some screws. Very Happy

"Dr was calmer, in control, not flying about spewing technical jargon & Zapping & buzzing."

I think its the 10th Doctor said of the first "You know how it is when your young, trying to act all serious and grown up"- or words to that affect.

On the River SOng thing just converting the file to something more useful (it was 14gig!!) before I put it on the skydrive- I have decided to just call it "Spoilers"

See Mrs Figg- you have used womenly cunning on me in this debate! How do I know? Because Im not sure what just happened, thats how! Evil or Very Mad

Just tried converting the River Song thing to a more common smaller file type- went from 14.5 gig to 9.5- still way too big to fit on the bloody skydrive though! Doctor Who [5] - Page 24 2276801876

Did you start at the begining f his run or are you cherry picking epiosdes?
What ones you seen?

And on the subject of classic Who hows everyone getting on watching the Time Meddler?- concluding epiosdes this Saturday.

We started at the beginning, haven't had time to see more than... two(?) yet.
I think we won't be watching more black and white episodes, time is precious, we ain't got all day.

Shame on you Evil or Very Mad - you miss what happens to his grandaughter and the earth (well you only actually see London) under Dalek subjegation.

But if you're short on time for Baker there are at least three must see epiosdes in the Who to Watch list: Genesis of the Daleks, City of Fear and the Ark in Space.

I am sure we could squeeze in some must-see b&w eps.

We'll find time for all of Baker I think.

There is some Baker, particuarly the later period stuff that really probably isnt worth the effort if it means not seeing better episodes from other eras.
If I could strongly recommend for example trying to squeeze in War Games from the 2nd Doctor- its not short, no getting round it, 10, 25 minute episodes (an entire series in a fact) but its a classic and all in all we Whovians are lucky that out of the few remaing surving 2nd Doctor epiosdes this entire story still exists.
A second choice would be Tomb of the Cyberman for 2nd Doctor- Four episodes, I think, and the only other surving full story from the 2ns Doctor.

Had a few problems outputting the River Song thing so having to do it again (editing programs dont like when you are splicing together lots of different audio and video that can have a variety of different source characteristics) but seem to have got it sorted- upside is it gave me a chance to tweak it a bit- it really is very watchable and I recommend it to everyone who is up to date on Who.

He had Amy, Eldo- Rory wins. Doctor Who [5] - Page 24 1918643206

Rory is wet, He fights like a girl, is prone to moaning and is relentlessly hen-pecked by Amy, so much so that he starts to become the sci-fi equivalent of Rickkkkkayyyyy from EastEnders.
or South Park's Kenny, he is killed so many times.
