You got a few choices- there are various versions and several boxsets. There are ones that are called directors cuts, but are really studio cuts, and they dont necessarily include all the footage.

Look for a 2 disc edition of the Motion Picture (the 1st film)- as far as I know there isnt a release which restores all the extra footage oddly enough, but you can get the 11 deleted scenes if you get the 2 disc version, as they are on disc 2 as bonus features. (I really need to get hold of all the deleted stuff and edit a full version my bloody self )
