Argh, we had it in the archived forum, but that's gone. Can anybody remember at least approximately how it went? Orwell? Odo? It's like losing most of the works of Sophocles.

It was either taken down or it got lost in a technical shuffle. Taz said that he would restore it (he had previously agreed to host it for us) but he never did. Since he was only doing it as a favor in the first place I didn't bring it up again. I still have the archive as a zip file, as do a few other people who I e-mailed it to for safekeeping, so we could put it online again if we found some webspace to do so.

Alright, enough poking around in musty old archives for me for one night.

I have always maintained she was a bit nervy in her earlier episodes- it was her first major acting role, she was young and it was in the BBC flagship tv show- if you were to continue to read you would see that I later comment on how much she is growing into the part and how especially from series 6 on she is much more comfortable in the role and more subtle in her performance.
When I reviewed the Girl Who Waited I said something along the lines of 'any doubts remaining about Karen Gillans acting are put to rest here"- those early comments were the doubts referred to

Telling though that the Pond debate was there right form the beginning however

ps she eventually converted Nagual too!

I'm just giving you a hard time, Petty. Keep fighting the good fight!

PS I've never had any complaints about Karen Gillan from the few episodes I've seen her in.
