I really like that version, even without understanding a word.

A lounge lizard is someone who hangs around lounges (as in piano bars) playing cool jazz on the piano, flirting with the ladies (who brush him off because he's completely dressed in polyester), and drinking like a fish.

That does look pretty good. Colorization is so cool, even though it can be weird seeing old images or videos like that in color after all this time.

I was rather hoping they would have at least colourised the first ever episode as part of the 50th.

I like this- very much one for getting people to watch without being full of spoilers- but you have to skip to 1.12 for it to start- before that its just thanking their subscribers.

So given a choice between Amy Pond and Rose Tyler, which would you rather take to the Pub, Petty?

No contest- I'll take the hard drinking, slightly psychotic, beguiling beautiful mixed up Amy Pond every time over the big mouthed chav that is Rose Tyler- plus Rose comes with an even more annoying mother.

I would prefer Rose. She is loyal brave and teaches the Doctor the meaning of love. Amy is a bland wooden vacuous empty vessel of male desire. Rose is not loud or vulgar, she is real, down to earth and the best friend he ever had.

Amy is not vaccuous- she solves more problems and comes up with more solutions than Rose ever did.
I'd contest the best friend claim too but that one is more a matter of opinion.

This is a bit of an odd one, cant say as it entirely works, more of a curio- Pippins song from RotK and Who!
