When I first was trying to watch Petty's edits I'd have to drive to wifi, then sit in the car for hours only to have the download crash just before it finished. Finally Petty kindly offered to simply mail them to me if I sent him a memory device.
When the first one came I found he'd filled it with many other cool things as well (like Dr Who) that I can't get here. So now I've sent the dongle back for a refill, and am waiting expectantly.
It's so much easier than downloading by telephone wire, and not much slower!

Fan edits are in a grey area when it comes to fair use. I don't think there's ever been a court ruling on it so you basically just have different opinions from editors and copyright holders.
