Re: Harry Potter
I notice that the same YouTube channel has a video expressing outrage about the famous (maybe just among HP fans) Easter Egg of the footprints of two kids getting it on during the end credits of Prisoner of Azkaban.
From the outraged video description:
I notice two things. First, the person who made this doesn't seem to understand what the missionary position is very well, since the people are obviously standing in a corner. (Perhaps, given the undertones of Christian moralism, they are unaware of the names of any other sexual positions?) Second, I love the outrage at a "family movie" dealing with more mature themes as it's characters and audience both grow up. Not to mention that the ending credits bit was most likely a joke since few people actually sit through those.
From the outraged video description:
There are animated footprints in the end credits of Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. Around 2:20:00 you can see 2 pairs of footprints engaging in sexual intercourse in the missionary position. One helluva family move,eh?
All Harry Potter movies are abundant with subliminal and suggestive sexual content. For more information see NEW GENERATION OF SUBLIMINAL MESSAGES

"As usual we have a large prominent sex near the title."
Comedy gold! The droning voice really makes the video.

Re: Harry Potter
he had marijuana too, didn't he? I believe they swicth Crabbe out in the last couple of movies. With.. omg, what's his name.. that other slytherin boy, he's mentioned a little in the book.
Re: Harry Potter
((goyle is actually rather good-looking))
pansy parkinson everybody (btw, was she one of the actor who changed? like lavender brown?) and how come I've never noticed her before?
Re: Harry Potter
blaise Zabini was the name I was looking for!
and fake edit: Pansy has been portrayed by three different actresses in the film series. In the film adaptation of Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, Pansy Parkinson was portrayed by Genevieve Gaunt. In the film adaptation of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, she was portrayed by Lauren Shotton; however, the role was uncredited and was a non-speaking cameo. In Half-Blood Prince, Deathly Hallows: Part 1, and Deathly Hallows: Part 2, she was portrayed by Scarlett Byrne.

Re: Harry Potter
In Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2, Blaise is present in the fight in the Room of Requirement, in exchange of Vincent Crabbe, whose actor was sentenced to 120 hours of community service. What happened to Goyle in the book happened to Zabini in the movie and what happened to Goyle in the movie happened to Crabbe in the book.
Re: Harry Potter
I had a crush on one of the girls who played Pansy Parkinson when I was younger. Not the book character though. I did appreciate them not making her "pug-faced" in the movies.
Re: Harry Potter
omg, which one?Eldorion wrote:I had a crush on one of the girls who played Pansy Parkinson when I was younger. Not the book character though. I did appreciate them not making her "pug-faced" in the movies.
Re: Harry Potter
it's omg since it's pansy parkinson's actor and you hardly see her (i think.. I never noticed her before).
Re: Harry Potter
When I was 13 or so myself I thought the actress who played Pansy in the third movie was really cute.
Re: Harry Potter
Upon investigation there seems to be three actresses who played her, I assume you are referring to Genevieve Gaunt, who is smoking hot in some of her publicity photos but they toned her down considerably for the movies.

Re: Harry Potter
A thought came to mind the other day - when are wizards allowed to drink intoxicating beverages? In book six Harry wonders what will happen "under the influence of butterbeer" at Slughorn's party, and in book four or five they drink fire whisky, and there are some references to wine consumption as well throughout the series. If I recall correctly Harry first drinks butterbeer in book three - at the age of 13! Is Rowling encouraging drinking at young age? Surely she cannot be. Am I missing something here?
