My other half is trying to convince me to cancel our Barcelona holiday and go florida instead.

I've never been to either but I'd rather go to Barcelona if I could. Trans-Atlantic travel is outside of our means as a family right now, though.

Barcelona is my favourite city. Its got everything and moar. 
I love the way it smells, the people are friendly, its got a beach, train tram thingie up to a Church, Gaudi, nuff said, oh and food.

We will be flying in to Barcelona and have a car hired. Place we are staying is about an hour drive from there.
I am holding out for 2015 for next florida trip. Maybe west coast of U.S next year for our main holiday.
