I feel like I'm always at a terrible disdavantage with these things, having to reply on my stunning good looks and amazing natural brilliance to get me through... though I guess cream always does rise to the top...

I'll be leaving on a skiing trip with my brother and my dad on Wednesday and I won't be back until sometime on Sunday. We're going to my aunt and uncle's house in upstate New York since they have actual snow (and actual mountains) up there. I don't know what the Internet situation will be like but if I'm on at all it won't be very much. I do hope to get some writing in on the drive, which is more than 9 hours each way. I'll look forward to seeing everyone again when I come home.

we have actual snow, and actual mountains, yet I couldn't get my ass out to ski when the weather was just perfect, darn there is no sun, bloody hard getting up in the morning, and now it has rained and frozen and fuck this shit.

We're leaving relatively early tomorrow morning. I'll probably pop by for a bit but it might just be on my phone in which case I won't be posting much. In any event, I'll be back home in five or six days.

Are you gonna wear your tux skiing? I mean you have looked very handsome for four days, but with skiis, hmmm.
I cannot believe the snow here. It was raining til the end of Novemenber when we usually have snow. Nothing. But all of December and now , it is over three feet deep, it was over five feet deep but melted. IT is so hard to go anywhere and get the car out, we just spent our eight hundred on our Cherokee to have the winter tires and then the putting them on for two hundred. Oh and the back brakes and shocks needed a change it was time and that was eight hundred and one dollars Some of our work is out of town. So winter can be expensive.
