cool never thought of that, but it makes sense. I'm quite new to the whole forum business.

I think you picked a pretty good one to start with. As someone who has spent way too much of my life on forums they can be more trouble than they're worth sometimes but I'm rather fond of them. Especially this one.

this one is actually perfect. I get to talk the hobbit and LOTR, share art, read fiction, learn something at the physics thread, be "political" at the big bad serious corner and bang about Sherlock as much as I like and no one complains ^^ and ofcourse, I get to meat and chat with so many wonderful and different people!

I posted on that Mighty Boosh forum-was it founded by a relative of Orwell? I think it merged with this other Boosh forum or something. I've been on forums for around 6 years (I was on a runescape forum sythe.org and before you laugh, intelligent people did used to play back in the day , various Harry Potter Forums (1 of which I'm still occasionally active) and Lord of the Rings forums (1 where there's only a few of us posting, though I have been a member of many big and small over the years). One of my favourite forums was an old proboard Morowind forum, but sadly the admin vanished a few years ago and took the forum down and I lost touch of pretty much everyone.


Still, forums are fun! It's sad that social networking is slowly killing them off

Yup- my defence is PJ made an arse out of it, I repaired some of the damage. Its not my fault- if he'd done it right in the first place I wouldn't have had anything to do. So any sensible court will instead arrest PJ for crimes against Tolkien.

I did GCSE law and I'm pretty sure that won't hold in court

hello Im the truth ha thats funny actually Im just allergic to bull , I say what I mean & sometimes or maybe alot of times it gets me in tight spots, but I mean well, Ive been a fan Of Tolkien since 1972 , my sis started reading it to me when i was a child , I promptly started heisting the books & reading them on my own. It seems like yesterday. The movies left me disatisfied ,but happy that someone had made an attempt at Middle earth , I think Pj should learn his lessons & use them wisely in the future but , we shall have to wait & see.
