I love your idea of an imaginary friend Norc.
- Spoiler:
is it Moriarty that gets chucked off the building?
well, it wasn't my idea But I kinda want a shaggy Sherlock .. for no particularly reason ..just because it would be fun xD
- Spoiler:
- and, no it was probably not moriarty that fell of the roof. I'm guessing they buried Moriarty instead of Sherlock. No it was Sherlock who fell.. in the garbage truck.
Re: Sherlock - BBC
- Spoiler:
- nobody could survive a fall of 100 feet into a garbage truck, it must have been Moriarty otherwise who was it on the ground in a pool of blood? also I dont get what Sherlock wanted with Molly when he said he needed her, was it to supply a dead body to throw off the roof instead of him perhaps? and why on earth would Moriarty kill himself anyway? was it only to get revenge on Sherlock? and why did Moriarty say that Sherlock had only 3 friends in the world, John, Greg and Mrs Hudson, what about Molly? she is more a friend than Gregg, she would do anything to help him, I dot get it.

- Spoiler:
I don't know about the fall, but it was definitely Sherlock who jumped.I guess he needed Molly to burry Moriarty under Sherlock's name. Notice how Moriarty says that he has an audience, more likely helpers, his homeless network. Then he says he needs moment to himself and they gatherround and place the truck and so on. John was hit by the bike for a reason. time, probably. The rest I'm not so sure of. I mean, john obviously got a hit to the head and he is in shock, so the person they take away, may not neceserally be Sherlock. Remember that little girl who screamed when she saw Sherlock? A look alike?
Moriarty killed himself because, and this is hard to explain cause he's a nutter. Remember, he wants Sherlock to be his equal and at the same time he wants to destroy him, by ruining his name and all. Sherlock knows this all along, although he is looking for a way out of it too. But when sherlock says that if he has Moriarty, Moriarty can pull the gunmen back, but Moriarty says that that will never happen because they will shoot as long as Sherlock doesn't jump. Then when sherlock says he and morarty are the same, Moriarty believes him and he thinks that Sherlock won't jump? or that he has lost? He understands that he can pull them back afterall. Well, anyway, Moriarty kills himself so that Sherlock has to jump.
Molly doesn't count remember, Moriary never understood that Sherlock "needed" Molly, because he never excpressed that.

Edit: I see Norc posted while I was switching between typing and chasing the kids back into their beds.

- Spoiler:
Molly doesn't count. Just like she said herself. She is just someone with access to a lab, until she surprised Sherlock and woke him up. JM has seem them together, he knew she didn't count. And I suspect Sherlock knew that she therefore meant nothing to Moriarty as well. She is either a big part of the cover up, or just a distraction for us viewers. JM would kill himself to beat Sherlock. What I don't believe is that Sherlock didn't recognize the 'code' as music. That does not add up at all. But it's the Moff that's behind this, so who knows what's going on. "Everybody" says he jumps into the truck. I am guessing bungee cord, base jumping or one of those wing suits.
I still think it was Moriarty with a mask on the street, and in the grave. For some reason the kidnapped kids from that other episode were terrified when they saw Sherlock, so I think there must be a mask involved.

Re: Sherlock - BBC
- Spoiler:
- I think the kids were scared by Sherlock because he is like Moriarty in a way, and at the end Moriarty said he 'was' Sherlock, I think that is a clue, that it was Moriarty and not Sherlock who falls, Sherlock is on the side of the angels so cannot 'fall', whereas Moriarty is like lucifer so he falls literally from the building as he has already fallen morally

SHE IS MOLLY! (I like how she was going to describe what Benedict was like to work with and just strayed of talking about his curled hair..)
Re: Sherlock - BBC
Another preview for CBS' Elementary was released recently, this one almost five minutes long.
This probably wouldn't be that bad of a series if viewed with no context at all, but of course, it wouldn't even exist if not for the established TV series (recall that it was born from the ashes of CBS' failed attempt at a straight remake of Sherlock). I'm still trying to not be too dismissive yet, but next to Sherlock -- or, for that matter, the most famous "American version" of Holmes: House -- I don't see how this is going to measure up.
I'll admit I smiled at the last line of the preview, though. A nice nod to the absurdity of some of Holmes' "deductions" that crop up in all versions of the story.

Can't see the video Eldo
But I've seen some other stuff. The sad thing is, I hate the show, I hate how they act like copycats, I hate everything, but! I think it looks rather funny and entertaining. House is obviously a more original Holmes-story, though the episodes are too similar for my liking, they've been going for too long. I might watch Elementary :S and enjoy it

Re: Sherlock - BBC
Speaking of House. I am watching the season 8 of House, nearing the end. I find it quite ironic (to a point where I just can't take it serious) that of a series, that is pretty much a AU version of S. Holmes, is getting a classic fan fiction story line as a the season ending's 'twist'/cliffhanger.
- Spoiler:
- And I can't help thinking of the youtube tribute vid Sherlock Alone on the water, which has a similar plot... I haven't dared to read the fic it's based on, the video was enough. But every fandom has at least one fic like this, right?
