I think the materials and colouring is qute northern european Eldo- its just the buildings are tall and narrow- which makes sense- Venice has tall narrow building precisely becasuse it is built on water so it makes snese the same needs would drive the architecure of Laketown.
Not so sure about that chimney/pipe thing sticking out the roof however.
