Mrs Figg's pic looks like Fili or Kili to me (whichever the one who's supposed to be hot for Tauriel is).

Yeah, I did a quick Google search to refresh my memory since I just woke up and it's definitely Kili.

Its not just the pathetic 5 o clock shadow pretending to be a beard, its everything about that pic- the clothes, the stance, the weaponry- nothing says dwarven culture about that to me at all. Mad

If I'm trying to be fair, the designs on his leather belt and shoulder strap are somewhat reminiscent of Gimli's costumes from LOTR. That's about all I can see as far as Dwarvishness in that image. Suspect

Actually, when I first saw the image Mrs Figg posted with sleepy eyes, I wondered why there was an Elf with 5 o'clock shadow. Laughing

Kili is part of team handsome methinks. I think he looks more like Faramir or a Ranger, but I think I will like his character in the film. and its a 100% better than that initial photo of him from months back where he looks like a ridiculous emo-boy band dwarf. with flowing hair. At least in these new photos he looks travel worn and grim.

I think he looks less like he's from a boy band and more like he's the previously unknown fourth member of Nirvana, c. 1988.
