I am very disappointed in Neil Oliver, I thought that he was ok, but he isn't, he is a Lawrence Fox clone ranting on Fox UK (GB News). I will never be able to watch Coast in the same light.

Oh, by "not TV, Film or Book" I thought you were referring to Hitchhiker's guide. That leaves us internet, and with any reasonable chance of us knowing where that comes from, that leads us to Forumshire. And the style indicates either Orwell or Petty, leaning towards Orwell as Petty only uses that style for specific characters.
