Re: Game of Thrones [2]
I want at least a 55" I could get one for about 500 Euros. I just got my first dvd player, yes you heard that right, it is a cheapo one but I got to watch the Bodyguard tv show which I ordered from Amazon, its got Robb Stark as lead actor and its a political thriller set in Westminster. everyone in the UK was obsessed by it and its quite fantastic. My next dvd purchase is BBC's Killing Eve, that looks good too a bit noir-ish.

Re: Game of Thrones [2]
at least 55"? Good lord. But there's two of you, that pushes you back a bit further than I get to sit and still have a good angle. At that price look carefully at the reviews. You want to see words like "vivid color". Nothing else really matters if you can fix sound by adding your own speakers.

Re: Game of Thrones [2]
I found the one about the Hound too compelling to stop watching; the guy in the second vid is way too sure of himself.

Re: Game of Thrones [2]
The one on the Hound is really just extended ruminations on his character and how it may affect his story arc. You'd enjoy it, Figgs. Given we're talking about GRRM no prediction based on character is worth a darn. Yet somehow I doubt the Hound was part of his instructions to D&D, making it more likely that story arc follows character development, but that's just my own rumination.

Re: Game of Thrones [2]
I would post the new season 8 trailer here, but there's not a damn thing innit.

They should have let the Hound die...

Re: Game of Thrones [2]
In this montage of upcoming HBO shows we get a brief glimpse of Sansa turning over Winterfell to Dany and Jon Snow.

Re: Game of Thrones [2]
I think it is a bit like the one where character faces were on the walls in that place Arya trained... I don't think that scene will exist in the series at any point.
Could be wrong though.
