The "historicity" of many of these photographs' accompanying descriptions are... questionable at best.

Given a choice I'd rather watch a grasshopper if I'm that bored.

I have to Skype
How do you do it, never done it before. I suppose you have to set up an account, my supervisor is Skyping me, how does it work? do you get a ring or some kid of noise to let you know when they are there miles away staring up your nostrils?

Re: Just...................whatever [7]
That's pretty much how it works, yeah.
Whether you're Skyping via a phone, tablet, or laptop; you install the app, and sign in (or create an account if it's your first time). To add a contact in Skype you can search by their full name, their Skype username (if you know it), or (IIRC) their phone number if they included that information in their profile. Then one person clicks the call button and you'll get a beeping/ringing noise informing you of their call, assuming you have Skype open at the time. You have to accept the call before they can see you.

Re: Just...................whatever [7]
Unless as Eldo says you have the app open, you do have to pre-arrange to make the call, which is a little silly. I've seen people call to say that they are about to make a skype call.

Re: Just...................whatever [7]
I think he changed his mind when I told him that I didn't know how to Skype because when I was a kid computers were the size of garden sheds and made funny moaning noises when you touched them. He told me to ring him. Result!

You should Skype him!
We use MOVI at work. That is a bland looking piece of technology!
In other news it is ducking freezing here... -3c in fact. Clear skies and icy paths this morning.

Re: Just...................whatever [7]
The only point I see to skyping is to avoid international calling fees.

One wonders what use is an armored car if you just leave it open and unattended in the street.
