A guy who did a rescue transfer of two gorillas years ago takes his new wife to meet them in the wild.

i ate fishfingers and chips two days in a row (and only that because i am a lazy idiot) and you can bet it fucked up my system big time! i've had a stomacache for three days straight now!! HALP! do i need to see the doctor? any tips?

I'd think if you get back to eating lots of veggies with lots of water and low carbs you'll be fine in a day or so.  Throw some fruit in there too, but not too much berries and citrus (high sugar/acid).  Cooked veggies are probably better than salad:  not only can you eat more (and more digestible) but you'd kill any bacteria that might be waiting to take advantage of you.

But a 3-day stomach ache is peculiar if you went back to a good diet.  If it doesn't go away soon then get to a doctor.  May have nothing to do with your fish and chips.

well... i have eaten bread and stuff.. and a banana today, and some pasta norc-style, but even though i am hungry it is really uncomfortable to eat when eveyrthing hurts. and i am pretty sure it is the stomach, because it hurts right behind my ribs (where it is located) and not the lower.. things.. almost like i've eaten a huge meal and then ran four km.. imma try some fibers or yogurt maybe... or bananananananas....

also. trying to drink lots of water.

Hmm...most "stomach" aches are actually intestine aches. If it's actually your stomach than it doesn't sound so good.

hm... don't scare me.. well, the system hasn't completely stopped, so that's good.. i think the muscles around have tensed up so that is intensifying the pain a little... but it is definitely not the lower intestines, although i am bloated, it's the "top-part" that hurts...

fun fact: on friday as i laid out my plate of yellow food and a dash of ketchup my big burly room-mate, who studies to become a teacher for elementary school kids, commented "doesn't you food-circle miss one group" as if i was a 7 year old kid. I honeslty didn't get the reference but he meant one of these:



this being very famously used in elementary school-education. i laughed once i got it, forgotten knowledge, such a long time ago... we then kinda agreed ketchup is a vegetable, as i already had carbs (fries) and protein (fishfingers (hardly)).... now.. three days later i regret everything and wished i had remembered what i learned when i was ten...

I'm almost tempted to go on the same diet and see if I can reproduce the symptoms....

i think a slight fever, dehydration and some light pms does help.

I don't get what the two bottom parts of that circle are supposed to represent.  Is that sugar and fried foods? If so they shouldn't get equal billing. And the fruits and veggies portion is too small.

it's supposed to be sugar and fat you are to eat from the green groups preferably and less from the red ones.
