Re: Just...................whatever [7]
Today is Hasia.s fourteenth birthday. The first with no scoliosis She has imited mobility still and pain in her extremeties, but she is straight. I cannot believe it.
We have four fires right now, two are rated four of five. Evacuees are streaming in, but if we have to as well they must come too. So I keep getting the news and look out of the window.
I love you all terribly and wish I could come more, but now we must go three times for neurological assessments. Her mother did some things to her as a baby before I won custody and guardianship and she had to take drugs while Hasia was invetro
Hasia does not want to know, but it has to be done, it will affect the rest of her life. She threatened suicide so both Clayton and I will travel with her. My back make me a little wary to go to another city alone til my own surgery

Happy Fourteenth Straight today, running tomorrow. Healing can work in mysterious ways & if it wants to, it can gallop. Life is tough but, for every bad thing you get thru, you are pushing it behind you so its one less thing to deal with, & what's left ? well, only better things !

You are so right Halvsie especially being tall and having her head at her neck because her ribs and spine had moved ninety degrees She is so beautiful part Jewess, part Syllix Indian from the Okanagan tribe. People always turned to look. Now she feels erect and does not mind the stares
Hasia said thankyou Az.I thankyou too
Last night after the party and clean up Hasia was lying down watching a movie she bought with the hundred dollars Google play store her uncle bought her . she suddenly umped up. She flung the door open and it was pouring rain so hard you could bareily seeShe had prayed for rain for the fires and there had been not a drop for months. Being part aboriginal she sees that as very sigificant for her too.
The rain again it rained today. And there is some blue sky and for now no smell of choking smoke. I a so grateful

Apparently the Queen is pretty much a functioning alcoholic:
http://www.delicious.com.au/drinks/news/article/one-fact-queen-make-you-like-her-even-more/pmyvwsrp
6x7=42 units of alcohol per week 3 times the recommended maximum amount of units per week for a UK Woman, she's either got a cast iron tolerance by now or spends most of the week with an ongoing gentle buzz...guess it helps her when dealing with all the idiots we have in goverment...

Perhaps she's just traditional - in colonial times in America that was about the average intake. I have to assume that reflected the British norm.

Never deviates eh ? I guess you could find out via a post mortem how much she's sloshed down ? Seems a lot to me, especially if she does this daily ? Watching your Country sag at the knees is good enough reason to get Brahms & Liszt

Re: Just...................whatever [7]
Well in a couple of days Clayton Ashley ,Hasia and I leave for a city over for the start of Hasia,s nuerological testing. She was harmed by her mother, once dropped on the cement when she was brand new and she did not go to hospital, She would lie her on the bed and then turn the light on and off over and over until Hasia would have seizures and she was so violent she terrorized
her. Plus she abandoned her nine times over the years and once for a year.
Hasia is SO afraid they will find something serious and she would be labeled a freak I feel so bad. At her age it is so humiliating

You're giving her the protection and stability she needs so much. Because of you she'll get through whatever is found.

That little girl is in the best hands she could be. Yours. Its good to let your heart open up & let the flood gates break open. You need to get rid of all the harm that memories can do to you. Once you see her improving & getting better your thoughts of the past will fizzle away, back to where they belong, in the far away past. We walk forward in life, always going forward. Smile & hold your head up for the next day, its gonna get better !

I just checked an old email account I no longer use (a spare account, I used it mainly for commenting on youtube and things, haven't cleared out the inbox in maybe a year or two, was curious to see what spam/crap I had got sent...) and found around 750 notifications from twitter...from the past 6 months alone!, I had completely forgotten I had even registered at twitter, surprising how much crap can make it through a spam filter...

Well we are known to be a nation (or nations) of heavy drinkers but I wouldn't call 6 units a day the average (sometimes I drink more than that in day, but often I'll go weeks without touching a drop) , much less six units of strong champagne and wine...
There's been mutterings in the British press in recent years that the Queen has scaled back and switched to cheaper outlets, maybe she get's her stuff from Aldi, cheap but (often) great quality...

'A FLIGHT between Tunisia and Scotland had to be diverted after a drunk passenger attacked cabin crew with her prosthetic leg. The woman demanded “cigarettes and a parachute”.
She slapped a young girl and then assaulted the cabin crew with her prosthetic leg. They took it off her but she started kicking them with her good leg.
When police came on board to escort her off the plane, people started singing the hokey cokey.- The Scotsman
{{Never a dull moment on a transport full of drunk Scots! Though I'd love to see the footage of how she managed to kick them with her one good leg once they took the other one of her- I mean wouldn't she just fall over? }}}

Re: Just...................whatever [7]
None of our flights are like that. Boring really Only a partial crash landing and turbulance give us any adventure
Yesterday was a night mare. The two vehichles were unavailable, so Clayton and I and Hasia had to take the Connector to the University by the landing field , then a bus to close to the appointment. Hasia threatened to take her life if she had t0 be tested to see if she has brain damage or is autistic. She was horribly abused and aband0ned bu Desiree and dropped on the cement as an infant with no medical help She would have seizures. She does notwant to be labeled as a freak has to have proper help to continue her education.Since she lost her speeech for three years after the h1n1 virus she strugles with math She had the initial two hour tests. They explained the working results in front of us and Has and she went hysterical and wept and wept. Although in grade seven she ranked from grade eight to grade eleven on her english and reading and com[prehension, but poorly in math and speed of thought. She interpreted that as being an idiot and stupid and would not be comforted. Her next appt is brain scans etc. I am afraid for her.
We took her to a mall and after one more melt down and biting her hand til she bled, we calmed and ate and drank, then left for the bus. We couldnt locate it and I was unable to walk( serious harm to my legs and lower back when I was nine)Clayton aided me across the street and sat me down. I was once hospitalized for severe sun stroke and brain damage when I fell asleep after a very long shift at the hospital.
The fires from another city were choking, the sun beat down and I started to go away into darkness. Clayton phoned to our city and Travis began the journey. He came and I was revivining. I bought us all huge cold smoothies and we started the ever darkening air
We were almost home when lights flashed that the hihway we just came on was closed because of fire. We made it home
Today Clayton and Hasia wore masks as they headed out. After dishes I just have to lie down a bit

Ive never liked our National Anthem. I never sing to it, I see it as pure vanity. "God save our Queen/King" ? No. An anthem to my mind is to unite people, motivate them, stir them emotionally, bring us all together & make us feel proud. Saving a hugely wealthy & indulgent royal family who has the best of everything, never goes without & receives the best medical treatment does not bring a nation together.
