Well the various promises that "there are lots of blogs on the way!" were clearly not true, but I do think we'll see perhaps two more between now and the TABA release. I wouldn't necessarily expect any after that, though. Maybe if they win any Oscars (which they won't). But clearly, post-production has not given them as much interesting material for vlogs as they thought it would.
Still, the regular vlogs that came out during shooting were pretty great. We were lucky as fans to see those. The vlogs alone made a mockery of most DVD releases' bonus material, and they were all available for free months or years ahead of the film's premiere.

it was a privilege to watch Howe and Lee if nothing else.

They might have filmed blogs during shooting for this point, because they teased a lot of footage in previous blogs. Maybe we'll get some more?

The build-up to AUJ was scintillating with all those blogs. Overall we got basically a movie's length of blog footage; great stuff.

Re: Waiting for 'The Battle of the Five Armies'...
Finally a concrete sign that the release of the teaser trailer is imminent! It has been rated by the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC). All we know so far is that the trailer is 1 minute and 48 seconds long, but the announcement of a BBFC rating has always closely preceded the release of the previous trailers.

Re: Waiting for 'The Battle of the Five Armies'...
So I'm guessing in the next week or so... I'm wondering how coherent it will be. If they're rushing along to finish this film and adding in a ton of CG effects, will this trailer just be a bunch of shots of nonsense like DOS or more coherent like AUJ?

I bet it will be incoherent. A movie made by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing.

Re: Waiting for 'The Battle of the Five Armies'...
There is a small chance that it wont be, the cgi will be getting worked on right up till release going on previous, so a lot of the stuff they might have ready might be more character moments.
That would of course almost certainly only be giving a false impression of the finished product, which I am quite sure will be a cgi fest.
I am actually expecting something more in the style of the AUJ trailer using the 'ere break of day' song from Bag End.
Then all the PJ fans will goo all over it like the AUJ one, and some of you softer PJ liberal leaning types on here (you know who you are!) will begin to get a glimmer of hope back.
And then we will all go to see it and the true unyielding horror of it all will unfold before us, again.

I remember the back and forth of anticipation happening several times in 2012 between Cinema Con and the release, but once AUJ actually came out I think most people on here have stayed in the negative camp.
