Well if Who starts on the 1st Moffat might break it up into blocks of 4 or something- in which case Merlin woud replace it as usual in November and it would run till Who's return at xmas.

I like old Merlin but I thought they overused it a bit last series and wasnt that happy to see the return of it in the trailer.

Awesomeness!! Loved it!
I too was a bit dissapointed to see old!Merlin in the trailer. I like to see young Merlin being BAMF, but at least he gets to blow off some steam as a grumpy old man.
But then, more Old!Merlin could mean more Merlin/Morgana fights, so...
