You're already in a fancy dress, Az. And new enough to count as Awards dress, I'm thinking.

Re: The 2013 Forumshire Awards
I agree with Halfwise, Azriel. Good timing.
I think it was going to be last sunday, but I guess Petty must have had something come up. I don't think he has been on since friday.
So probably next sunday at earliest.

Well, you could always photoshop the scarf into something more majesterial.
Though leelee might be right and a drawing could be interesting too.
(Still. Some of us are still waiting to even be drawn, and for a certain story to be finished.. )

Re: The 2013 Forumshire Awards
I have two main theories.
1. With the past award ceremonies in mind, I suspect Petty was arrested while hoarding fireworks and explosives and is held in custody under the suspicion of planing a terrorist attack against Englandshire.
2. The Cult of Moffat and His holy Writings has finally acknowledged him as a true believer and unhealthily obsessed individual and have taken him away to their secret church (the room vis-a-vis BBC's cafeteria). There they chant Moffat's texts and dance around an effigy of Steven made from left over cafeteria food.

The second idea sounds good Id believe that, but, then again, the 1st one sounds believable to !

Wait, are you saying this is some joke on Halfwise expense on some interstellar scale?
Well, hopefully he'll appreciate it when they all get around to telling him.

Re: The 2013 Forumshire Awards
P'raps the pressure of organising the biggest Forumshire Awards Night EVER has got to the little munchkin. Dont blame him actually. Come back Petty. We'll pretend it never happened. It was not like I was going to win every award anyway, so what's the point?
{{{And you're right about Amarie, Halfy, she is a taken woman, which sounds rather alluring I reckon... mmm.... and once taken surely might get taken again.... Assuming nobody has heard from out esteemed host.... the Ant and Dec of Forumshire?
Re: The 2013 Forumshire Awards
I have. He is doing Scottish stuff. Drinking mainly. Sheep worrying that kinda thing.
*actually dont tell anyone* but I heard he went wandering on the HighHoos in a storm, then he lost his kilt in a card game and had to walk home under cover of darkness and some UFO spotters caught sight of two White globes hovering 5 feet over the ground and took photos, then they saw two smaller White globes and a cigar shaped object waving about in front to them so they ran off helter skelter to tell their mates, Petty meanwhile found an old horse blanket and covered up his globes before they ended up on the cover of Spooky Saucer Weekly.

This sounds like it may be eerily accurate.

Dont worry Ringo Petty will be back bigger, redder and more crabbit than the thing that won the most crabbit thing 1997-2014.

They're the standard old-fashioned working man's underwear, and they're wonderful!
Here's the history:

And here they are on Amazon:
