cross-cultural communication. try to avoid using slang and idioms when you're talking to people, make your language clear and simple, be an active listener and ask question so nothing is being misunderstood.

jeesus.. no... lol. i was just pointing out that using slang eldo, isn't always very diplomatic..

If I ever try to be diplomatic, I'll keep that in mind.  Thanks!
