I wouldnt have had you down as a Twin Peaks fan Norc.
Glad you are though! Its become underappreciated in my view in recent times.

I dont know how they didnt all spend most of it laughing.
I'm rewatching the series and had forgotten just how funny it is at times. And how much I love Albert (the abrasive FBI Forensics guy)- love th escene in the morgue between him and the local Doctor-

Albert- Dr Hayward I have travelled thousands of miles and apparently several centuries to this forgotten sink-hole in order to perform a series of tests. Now I do not ask you to understand these tests, I am not a cruel man. I just ask you to get the hell out of my way.

no, I believe that was the icelandic, or am I wrong?
I just remember their so-called norwegan being "one is two, three is one, four is five" and so on.

"one is two, three is one, four is five" Laughing

But yes, you are right Norc, my mistake- the Norwegans leave dont they when they find out about Laura ("We had those vikings by the Horns") and then the Icelandic lot turn up and keep Coop awake all night singing.

'Why did they leave?

We're not really sure. They took their translator with them.'

I bought Act of Valour (yes, it has the letter 'u' in it) yesterday.

The person sitting next to me asked me if the film was any good. My reply was if you like some great action seqeuences but dont mind some incredibly bad acting, then this is the film for you.

Balances itself out really.

Watched FAQ About Time Travel last night- second time Ive seen it- sort of low budget short film (its about 1hr 20 minutes)- bit wobbly in the first fifteen minutes (establishing the characters take longer than it should really) but once it gets going its great fun- if you get a chance its certainly an entertaining watch.

Well Halo 4 Forward Unto Dawn was absolutely fantastic for its budget. First decent Halo live-action. Hopefully this gets the ball rolling for a full on movie.

Watched Skyfall today. I really enjoyed it, though I wouldn't say it's as good as Casino Royale. The script wasn't the strongest but the actors did a good job of salvaging it. Javier Bardem as the villain was fantastic; one of my favorite movie characters this year. Smile
