I dont think it ever stops it just moves country. Ten years ago it was England fans doing this sort of thing. Now its Russians and Poles. Depressing really.

Well my team are dead. Gone. Liquidation with a new-co replacing it. Crying or Very sad More than a 100 year sof hostory swept away. Crying or Very sad And no guarantee the new-co will be allowed back inthe league. Crying or Very sad
Depressing times for a Glasgow Rangers fan indeed.

Did Ozhobitstan pay Scotshobbitland? What? Oh that game that is rough and makes no sense! Wasn't watching. Sleep

Rangers dead? Bring in an (affordable) salary cap. Even up competiton. One or two teams with money winning every year (and finally going broke) is crap. Soccer players get paid too much anyway. Even things up - end the greed - give the game back to the fans. Pick the "Tigers" as your team. Hooray!

From the BBC

'There will be no Scottish or Northern Irish players in the men's British Olympic football squad when it is announced on Monday.
BBC Scotland has learned that manager Stuart Pearce will list 18 players from England and Wales. '
(note- only 2 are Welsh-so more of a token gesture really most likely because one of the stadiums games will be played in is Cardiff in Wales)

Yeah way to go reinforcing the Union guys! Rolling Eyes Team GB my arse! Evil or Very Mad

What about Bannan? Plays for Aston Villa. Or Allan Mcgregor, he is an excellent goalkeeper. Whittaker, Wallace and Mulgrew are quailty defenders.
And like it or not there is a political dimension to this at this time, no point pretending there isn't, and this is bad politics making the Great Britain Team almost exclusively Englishmen.
I would have got behind a British team, but an all English one?

And Coisty is managers of what is left of Glasgow Rangers. Talking of which look how many good Scottish players have gone on to be great mangers- Alex Ferguson being the most obvious.
