Best international show or something I think Eldo thats for- its an odd mix to be sure.

Downton Abbey is legitimately my favourite show!
I like TBBT even if the majority of its jokes are like 'blonde girl... Bad at science!

There was a show once, Upstairs, Downstairs- it was like Downton Abbey, if Downton Abbey was any good.
Although still soapy Upstairs, Downstairs tried to give a genuine insight into the lives in such places- Downton Abbey is what Americans think its like. Mad

Did you watch the reboot? I liked it...until they cancelled it right before arguably the most important event of the twentieth century.

I shall see if I can find an episode somewhere- out of curiosity more than anything.
I cant imagine who they would get to do Gordon Jacksons character.

Charlie boy and Camillas visit the Tardis king

Doctor Who [6] - Page 3 Image_zps964305f1

Judging from Matt's face even being the Doctor for several years doesnt dim the joy of being in the Tardis!

'Commenting on the visit, outgoing Doctor, Matt Smith, said:
It was great to welcome The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall to set today. Showing them how to fly the TARDIS was a real treat and something I never thought I would be doing when I first took on the role. The Prince of Wales said he remembers watching the show when he was 15 and seemed very knowledgeable on the Who history, so it’s nice to think they are watching.

Jenna Coleman - Meeting The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall today was such an honour. The Prince was particularly interested in the mechanics of how the TARDIS works and the storyline for the upcoming 50th anniversary special, but I didn’t give too many secrets away.

Executive producer and lead writer Steven Moffat said:
I haven't thought about how I could weave a meeting between the Doctor and the royal family. But Prince Charles's attempt at being a Dalek was great. There would be a part in the show for him if he wanted it.'- Gallifrey Base
