Mmmm why they give him the whole script if its just a cameo?! Crabbit meter is on standby (just) but my internal PJ suspicion meter is going berserk!

TORn has been making me more crabbit than anything else lately. Mad

They link to an article in which Bloom says he is probably returning but that things are still up in the air and slap a headline on it saying "Orlando Bloom Confirms..." Even though they add a qualifier later on, the title is still misleading. Evil or Very Mad

You know I am no longer certain I actually care if she, or anyone else is in this film or not.
So distant to me now seems the possibility of an even vaguely faithful adaptation, and so likely, that to me at least, it will be like a 3-D train wreck that I am starting to think the best policy would be to ignore it and pretend it hasn't happened (like Highlander 2).

Don't worry, we've got some pretty strong stuff in Valinor. I"ve been able to sneak some of the oldest wine in the world across the pond with me (Beren doesn't know, so SHH!), but a little more can't hurt. I'll tell him to bring over some of Feanor's stuff. that guy tried so many different types of alcohol to forget his "oath", including an especially strong type of vodka, he won't miss it. On a more serious point, fellow clansmen Gimli has embarrassed us all with a very unrespectable claim that he wants to be in Peter Jackson's adaptation of The Hobbit. Oh, and yeah, caused PJ's ulcer...

This really is getting beyond silly - at this rate its going to Bilbo, thirteen dwarves and the Fellowship of the Ring going to the Lonely Mountain on one side and Gandalf and the supporting cast of Lord of the Rings dealing with the Necromancer on the other. Evil or Very Mad
