i know, he looks like a dog now! no, but his fur was so matted, especially around the neck and in his joints, no way we would be able to brush it out, and if we left it any longer he might get something called wet-exema (at least it is directly translated "våteksem") which is a skin-thing that smells and shit if the fur doesn't get dry, and that can happen if he has too much of a matted undercoat. also the heat, we should have done it sooner though, now that's summer is over 
but better late than never. but now he looks like a dog and he smells so nice and he is just adorbs. so weird though. i never knew he was such a slender dog.
