it's been a year now since we put her down. still miss her so much. she would've been 3 years this summer.. she was my best friend.

Im lost for words ! 
Things like this upset me cos I know how loving, loyal & trusting pets are. They are great company. My cat "left" me last November & it hurts very much still, I had him 10yrs, from a kitten, but I say to myself that hes being cared for by a great woodland God, who looks after all animals, just as some people believe in a God that looks after them, It helps me cope,

I'm so sorry, Norc. It's been a long time since we put down our old cat and I was too young to understand it at the time, but it's a terrible thing to have to do. *hugs*

So sad Norc. Way I look at it the years she got were filled with being loved and cared for- you made her life the best it could have been and thats as much as anyone can do for another living thing.

yeah i guess 
she was happy, though i do miss her a lot. we had a special connection and i don't think i'll ever have that with a dog again, or maybe, but she was truly special and her personality was so great, so much dog
