The idea of a Spamathon is to have made the most recent post in each individual forum, so that your name is the only one that appears on the index page of the forum. But in the course of that most people end up posting in every thread they can find, especially if there are other people online at the same time who you have to outpost to complete the Spamathon.

Oh, I completed the big board spamathon. Lasted about 10 minutes I think. It would be nice to get the secondary impression if someone opens up an individual forum and sees a whole page filled with one name, but I really can't invest *that* amount of time.

I'm not sure anyone has ever filled the entire first page of an individual forum with posts. And that's not a challenge, unless someone can really make 20 substantive posts in a single forum in one shot.

The key is "substantive". Cheating if it doesn't look real.

I'm heartened to know that some people still have standards when it comes to spamming.

I did that, you may remember 'wheres Yooper', I had CC begging for mercy.
