That's obviously pretty long, but it's still almost 20 minutes less than the shortest LOTR movie. I wonder how long the Extended Editions will be.

People can submit recipes and there was obviously no editing: one recipe has 'pb' (peanut butter) and oreos!

So no seedcakes, that's for sure.

I dont know where to start in my horror reading this. And the best they can say about Nori is that he has a 'dramatic silhoutte' and of Balin that he lacks a moustache?

Not sure where else to put this, but apparently Denny's has signed an agreement to become "Middle-earth's Diner" in the run-up to the films and is offering various Hobbit-inspired dishes. Despite the commercialism and unfortunate similarities to the "Lord of the Onion Rings" tie-in a decade ago, there's one other thing that really bothers me. Could they really not find any better restaurant chain to work with than freakin' Denny's?!

Denny's isn't about fine dining. It's about staying warm and safe between midnight and dawn for the price of a cup of coffee.

Just like McDonald's isn't about the food, it's about clean public restrooms in Europe.
