yes, i am a woman and i am aware of that, i just don't want us to turn this around and use it as an excuse to bully men around. i am just saying, it would've been a different story if it was a man doing that to a woman and not the other way around.

What what its worth I am with Norc. Thats exactly how it should be. What goes for bad behaviour, or bullying by a man to a woman should be just as bad as if a woman was doing it.
Sadly truth is when it comes right down to it, both sides will use their sex as a weapon against the other.
Thats why you get bitter custody battles. The woman can appeal to notions of motherhood, to the 9 months she carried the child ect
But I have a friend (no, really it is a friend, this isnt one of those stories!)whose realtionship didnt work out, they had 1 child, she got the kid and moved away. Now he is still in touch, she didnt deny him access (although she didnt make it easy either). And he bore it well, but I knew him well enough to know how painful it was for him and how much it hurt and years later, still hurts.
Lifes like that- theres good arguments on both sides most of the time.
I reckon all we got to make it as it ought to be is empathy and respect towards each other. Keep those in mind and, well life will probably stomp you flat, but at least you'll feel good about yourself.

It depends what you define as sexism- when a woman pinched my bum at work when I was bending down? Is that sexism? I know I would never think of doing it for fear of being accused and fired. So who has the power there in the modern world?
In the past men took woman they wanted- to the conquerer the spoils- in the modern world all western legal systems regonise a woman has to give consent for sex to take place or its a very serious criminal offence. A man must gain a womans consent before he has the right to attempt to breed. Who has the power there?
When a man married a woman in the past it was pretty much for life. Now the official stats in the Uk show that 75% of all divorces are called for by the wife.
Give us some credit at least for bending a little.

One of the big problems comes from the fact that sex is more physically based for men, more emotionally based for women. This means women are more likely to feel emotionally violated, which is worse than being physically violated.
Mix this with a male dominated power structure and women definitely are more likely to end up on the wrong end of things.
