I'm guessing it's "not our division" -- that's what Lestrade said in Sherlock when he had his feet propped up like that, and for some reason that phrase became a meme.

I find myself in complete agreement. 
I think my favorite part (besides the obvious) is the other cop giggling in the background, which took me a minute to notice.
