Hey CC, who is your favorite member of the Clan?

I like GZA's science thing, but I think I'd have to go with Meth, Ghost, or Rae. Of those I've listened to the most by Ghost, so I'd probably say him.

Music Monday rendition of ISS, it was Canada's official Music Monday song.

I saw the Space Oddity vid the other day and was surprised by how much I enjoyed it, but the others are new to me. The more I hear about Hadfield the cooler he sounds.

And I didn't know you liked Barenaked Ladies, Lorient! I can't say I listen to them that much but One Week was one of the first pop songs I ever loved.

They are, like I said, one of my favorite bands, if not the favorite. One Week is an awesome song, though it can be a bugger to sing along to!
I'm actually going to see them in concert next month, really looking forward to it.

I didn't know they were still touring. Hope you have a great time, Lorient!

They're still releasing music too, they have a new album out next month. They just haven't had the immense popularity in the States since probably 2003

We should get started soon, it's almost the 17th, our constitution day, and when that day is over I'll be the top of my game after playing marches and marching for weeks to prepare for this day. Then it's summer vacation, and all goes to waste and I'll back to zero in no time at all.

I looked at the sheet music for the violin piece and that looked ok.

Well Im willing to have a go putting the pieces together- but I can only read music slowly, but I couldnt write an arrangement.
Timing would be another issue- can everyone who is playing something get a metronome?
And if we do I am the Doctor then anyone who can sing can have a go at the vocal choral bits too.

I doubt I can sing well enough, but it might be fun to try.

Actually, we should all try the vocals just for the hell of it!

There are metronome apps. Don't know what they are a called since I don't have a smartphone.

I'll have to improvise my bit since I can't read music... will try and keep it close....

There might be some I am The Doctor guitar tutorials out there too Lance I think if thats any help.

we should all give "over the misty mountains" a go, just for the hell of it but yeah

also.. i might convince the cellist to join, she's good at sheet-reading and playing "g-nøkkel" whatever that is in english (google it)
