I wonder if Kirk will get Carol Marcus knocked up? In Wrath of Khan Kirks find out he has an adult son by her.
Given this reboot version- Kirk is about the right age now for that to happen.

I doubt they will follow the plot of Wrath of Khan somehow- I reckon this is in part is going to be a rewrite of the Eugenic Wars- and they are only alluded to in the tv show and films. Its only really fleshed out in the books.

Wasn't Khan supposed to be a genetically perfect Sikh? I remember there was a whole history behind him and his rebellion in Space Seed. I'm thinking that would be a bit of a stretch for BC.

- He was an Indian Prince, genetically modified in the 1990's
(must have seemed far enough in the future in the late 6o's).
He, and his other genetically enchanced humans (who seem to be from different countries) tried to take over the planet (Eugenic Wars- outside of ST books little detail is known in he shows and film beyond the name, Khan was leading the bad guys and they lost) and got exiled for it.
In DS9 Doctor Bashir is illegally genetically enhanced too- a fact when it comes out threatens his entire career.
