When to have a Picnic?

Now now Ringdrotten, the very thought of you being in the 'Avatars we miss the most' category is making me weep into my buckie. Surely there must be some way whilst they teach you some discipline and the like to stay in touch? Please say there is? (lie if you have to!) I mean where is this training camp at the bottom of a fjord?

Actually, it's much more like an ordinary school than anything else, but from what I've heard I'll be drowning in homework so my spare time will be very limited. We will get a laptop each, though, so I'll pop in whenever I can

I've been so preoccupied with moving back on campus in a few days that it didn't click that the picnic is right around the corner too, even though I knew the date. Definitely looking forward to this!

Expectations are a terrible burden on us all you know- make you late for dinner.

I would think that a Forumshire-wide picnic would have food available continuously, rendering the notion of "late" somewhat obsolete.

I'm sure everything will be awesome when it's finished, though!

State News' weather palantirs are foreseeing massive crabbit storms followed by clear buckie skies once everything is in place and underway.

I think those crabbit storms may already have arrived! Not that everything isnt fine of course and going just to plan, of course it is, no chance of things not being ready oh no, never not at all....

You can tell him its going to be, um , unique, avant garde, an abstract work of art which in certain lights might remarkably look like its not there at all. Bugger no thats never going to wash, um, Just don't tell him anything....he'll see for himself soon enough (or not)....
