Would you guys mind if I shared a "proud mum" moment ?
My daughter has been a Katie Price aka Jordan lookalike for a few years now, she's had various appointments, photo sessions etc in that time, well, she will be on TV in the new year doing a small comedy sketch so, I hope you don't mind me sharing it ??

This guy is a Ricky Gervais lookalike & Gabs said he was so funny, this is a bit from the tv sketch but, they had to keep re doing the scene as this guy couldn't stop making people laugh Smile

OMG !! I am honoured Halfy but, in all honesty, I think I look more like the Royal Corgi than a princess, especially these days   Smile  But thankyou,

I'm fine up here in the hills, but there's probably been some flood damage down along the creeks and what-not.

We had freezing rain overnight here which covered everything with a thin layer of ice. i passed a car that had spun out on the way to work but fortunately there were relatively few people on the road up here. Got sent home from work early since there were so few customers. Elsewhere in the state things apparently got really hairy though, with the worst accident being a 55 car pileup on I-95 just south of the city in which a tanker truck flipped off the road and exploded. It feels extra freaky to me since I've driven that stretch of highway so many times.

You do get the weather bad in USA, Your weather is often mentioned over here, the snow, the storms, the cold etc. Just be careful on the road right ?

Question for my fellow Brits, how long ago was the last White Christmas you remember? There were at least two or three in my childhood, but I can't recall precisely when, it's got to be at least 10 years I think since the last major snow flurry at Christmas (and probably four or five years since we had major snow).

(I live near Fareham, Hampshire so we very rarely get snow this far south, and we are sheltered by the Isle Of Wight anyway)
